Old uncle here, late 30s. Old memories here eat jap fan watching Stephen Chow movie after Sg Wang arcade with school buddies. That time famous Initial D game or dance move games.

After that, early 2000s go Imbi Plaza n Low yat buy cheap pirated CD PC games or PS games. Yummy Warcraft, Fifa games during World Cup etc.

Late 2009 to 2011 time , still bump into this jap fan with my gf, kena scolded kaw2, gf prefer go Times Square or Low Yat makan2 after Sing K at Neway there. Donno why girl dont like mixed rice.

Ya hang out there a lot in the 90s... got Jackie chan & Stephen chow shows one... but that place is hot, stuffy & got a kind of foul smell sometimes.

Do you still remember which year the 2 cinemas closed??

Do you know why the 2 cinema closed??
1 is "president",other 1 is "sungei wang".
1 is cantonese movie,1 is english movie.

Some people said until 2021,the mall owner also do not want to open the cinema,they use a cement wall to blockthe cinema area


Parkson area there below is cinema location
Many people said haunted...

Haunted meh? No idea. But last time I went, the place very sad, all empty no ppl... ppl rather go timesquare / pavilion... I think ghosts also don't want to go there.
