my usual bill RM40.00-60.00, suddenly shot up to RM570.00!

Bill meter reading listed
Past (6/3/2020)- 4263
New (7/4/2020)- 4570 (increase of 307 over 1 month)

but house meter reading (6/5/2020)- 4345 over >1 months (increase of 82)
*above all documented with pictures in case air selangor want evidence

Called up Air Selangor, they said is estimated water usage for my house and they billed me.
Told me they will take physical reading after MCO.

I suggest people to read their meter.
Their practices of "estimation" and then billing you is so
Gave me sudden shock like WTF where is the pipe leak all over the house

Hell no!

they think MCO time people plenty of cash under pillow can pay bills bersuka hati
everyone struggling and they take the opportunity rip people (趁火打劫/chèn huǒ dǎ jié/loot a burning house)

If people dah pay and realised meter over-read, i doubt they will return money,
they will surely say, excess amount will be credited into your account, aka let them keep money, they win.

you can try lodge complain by calling them
2 english>2 report water meter reading>1 sure confirm no leaking>enter account number>
>1 lodge complain for meter reading - you have successfully lodged, push you back to main menu
>2 talk to Customer service - directly hang up phone

I had to select inquire of new services and the customer service lady pretend tak tau they set auto hang up phone during report
then they only admit meter is estimated from their side, then they bill based on that estimate.
How they estimate? god knows how.

As mentioned previously, we still do not know how they estimate their water usage during MCO.
below is the latest bill received over such long period of time, water usage only RM33.10 only.

landed residential house, they happily raised the water bill 20 times? as estimation?
