I think you should wait for leopard to come out as the waiting is only 2 months ahead.

If not another 2 months u have to pay extra for the new OS unless Steve Jobs say all free upgrade from Tiger to leopard but the choice is yours. hehe

Yeah waiting is a good idea. In fact, if you buy close enough before Leopard's intro ie. within 1 month, you'll get a free coupon for an upgrade. So you get both Tiger and Leopard DVDs. May come in handy during the transition.

@ tishaban, please don't make that claim until its announced.

My advice is to just wait until leopard comes out, because you'll probably end up buying it anyway... so that US$100 saved

i don't think this voucher system tishaban mentions is actually true though.. as of yet, no announcements

For Apple.. Leopard means new os design.. And pretty much for me , i love the time machine and the new stacker.. Make things easier for you to do your workflow.

Can't wait for the official launch and then get myself a mac mini as i own a macbook now.

Only complaint is the joint between the hardware is not so good and kinda super hot with the white macbook now. Hehe.

owning a mac machine is really fun....
i wont say vista or xp is bad .
both are different .

but apple really make you feel different ... people will look at u in the other way around . and you will feel like your machine is alive .

Selling but doesn't mean the promotion is good loh. Every one of my friends who looked at the brochure exclaimed: No promotion one!
