just take a good look at your plate everytime you eat
less carbs, less oily junks, less sugar
more lean meat, more veges, more fruits
and have a step tracker if you cant go for sweaty sessions every day

Yes, packing cold food for lunch box would be good. But personally I’m ok with McD beefy burger for nutrition wise. Just make sure avoid frites and coke.

Salads? Or you can make healthier options in the hot food you're cooking e.g. less gravy food, more lean meat, more vegetables etc go for brown rice instead of white rice

Usually super foods are healthier options like quinoa. Wholewheat soba is a pretty goood option for cold dish!

I assume that you have started working already. Have you had any luck with having a healthier lunch? For me, I still eat chap fun mixed rice but cut down the portions (less rice), cut down on the fatty fried foods, more vege & tofu and no more sweet drinks but drink the free Chinese tea.

Doesn't matter if Chinese, Malay or Indian chap fun. All expensive nowadays. Do you also do calories counting? Maybe using apps like Noom?
