I have downloaded mine. 162.22 for Vista 64bit.

You will be prompted to uninstall and reinstall the new driver by 162.22 driver package itself.So you can just install/ overwrite it directly.

162.22 Vista 64bit was installed without a glitch. It's recommended to all.
