Hi guys, I am consolidating a list of existing properties that are close to either LRT/MRT/KTM in klang valley. Would love to get your help to complete this list to benefit prospect buyers who are searching for this sort of property from the SUBSALE market. I know someone has already started compiling a list of TOD projects but the main purpose of this list is for the existing properties that anyone can buy from the subsale market.

If you happened to know any, please comment below and I will add them to the this list after reviewing.

Criteria: Walking distance (less than 1KM or less than 10 minutes walk) I will use google map's direction as a reference

You could use Google Maps to find condos/service residences near those public transit stations and cross-reference it with Propertyguru or iProperty for accuracy.

That's what I did when I was searching for these projects at that time.

Their prices din't drop a lot to give a good entry though... Rental rate is still high, probably that is supporting the property price
