Airport security at it's best!, efficient as hell XD

The main terminal of Long Beach Airport in Californa was evacuated for 1.5 hours today after screening revealed a 'suspicious item' in a passenger bag. Hundreds were forced to evacuate the airport while bomb disposal experts were called in to determine the severity of the threat. However, the item that caused all the fuss was the Nintendo Game Boy, a spokeswoman commented that it l ooked like something and had all the wires and components that one would see in an explosive device. QUOTE Hundreds of people were forced to evacuate and police blocked off roads due to what was considered a possible threat. Firefighters and the bomb squad were called in to determine if the threat was legitimate. All outbound flights were put on hold as well.
The suspicious item was then revealed to only be a Game Boy.
A spokeswoman for the Transportation Security Administration said, "It certainly was nothing but it certainly looked like something. It had all the wires and components that you would see in an explosive device." Link  Game Boy FTW!!  i wonder why they never bothered to ask the owner of the bag what that device was  |
