Gynecomastia can't  be eliminated with exercise, surgery the only way, If you are on a tight budget, you can get the surgery at  goverment Hospital or semi-goverment, I did in PPUM and it cost me RM500 for surgery, goverment hospital will be more cheaper but the waiting period will be longer, you also need to spend for follow-up treatment to remove the blood after the surgery for every 2 days until the the boobs fully recover.

The hospital discharged me after I woke up from surgery( PPUM semi Gov Hos- doc will not simply hold the patient), follow-up treatments for every 2 days to remove the blood, the blood will keep accumulate until the flesh inside the boobs fully recovered, this side-effect is called SEROMA and it's very normal, it took me 2 month to fully recovered. The pictures taken before surgery, mine one not very obvious except for nipples part, 4 out of 5 docs said I don't hv gynaeco.

- a nurse told me my chest looks better before surgery, now I hv flat chest :x

I have almost  flat stomach.... 175cm, 66-68 kg. I went gym 2-3 times a week.

But,still I have man boobs, gyno. I have puffy nipples too..

I got reference letter and went to govt hospital, but get rejected. Said it's not life threatening... PPUM is far fr my home, so this option is out.

Any opinion / idea? Other private hospital charge high fees. (10k+)
