What do the ZITRON cover on the warranty. Does it cover the LCD. Can we ask Nokia Centre to change the phone cover while still on warranty.

QuickShare(tm) means sharing your image is only a few more clicks away. Simply choose how: picture messaging (MMS), Email, in-built Bluetooth(tm) technology or Infrared. And unlike some camera phones, QuickShare(tm) means no matter how you share your images it's easy and fast. In just a few simple steps you can take a picture, add text and sound then send it as a picture message. But sharing isn't limited simply to other phones. Indirectly, it means sharing is simple too to other compatible devices.

Vodafone is a telco company in Australia. If having a Vodafone sticker, IIANM it should be an AP set. (correct me if i'm wrong)

the sticker right. if it's an Ap set, some of the original accesories might be missing though. IIANM the Quickshare sticker can buy separately. My advise, don't buy an AP set because later when you wanna claim warranty, there might arise an issue or problems. For your info, the price difference is around RM200-RM250 for an Ori set, And you get peace of mind when you get an Ori set. So why not? jz my RM0.02

The default sticker at the bottom of the K700i is 'Quickshare' sticker.

But if the phone is customized to a particular telco, in this case Vodafone, then they changed the Quickshare sticker to Vodafone, indicating a Vodafone branded phone.

Therefore, the phone will have Vodafone customized firmware, unless it has been reflashed to a local firmware.

@mustang,

Vodafone is a telco in many countries in Europe, USA and of course Australia and Japan. biggrin.gif

My Advice: Always get a local original set for S.E phones... Forget those AP or UNLOCKED set...

Whats the different between AVAXX and ZITRON set. The price difference is about RM200. e.g. Nokia 6681, ZITRON set is RM2000++ but AVAXX set is RM1800++. I keep thinking about it sometimes.

AVVAXX is also another Nokia original set distrubutor. Anyway AP set only risk is how to claim warranty. But if you had friends who able to get spare parts for your AP phones.... AP phones are just like those Zitron sets. The risk are quite low. Because AP and original phones came from the same factory. Only thing is who supplies the phone to our country.

to be on safe side, get those AP set are not from Vodaphone. Some AP set are taken from consficated phones in KASTAM and sell back to end user. Some AP set got those from other contries barring Vodaphones.

Why did the prices between the AVAXX and ZITRON set was different. They claim for the same warranty right. What the special about ZITRON that offer price more expensive.
