d'Brightton is planned to be built around that area but the nearby residents opposed this project if you read the last page of this thread.

If this is the case, I wouldn't be surprised if they train their guns on it too.

Well, to be fair, Accetera did introduce Anjali @ North Kiara in the past, which is Tago's 1st project.

Probably could be as simple as an overlook due to the number of projects he's promoting.

For the 2nd picture, I recall seeing those bungalow houses adjacent to it when I was viewing one of The Reach's unit.

Some of those bungalow lots in between those houses are empty, though, for reasons only known to the owners themselves.

Should be for this project's residents only.

Doubt those bungalow owners nearby will be interested in it as they have their own cars and would rather use that than the former.

You should direct your enquiry to the JMB once it's formed.

If you know someone residing in such projects which offer these transport services, that'll be even better. But unfortunately, I haven't come across anyone who lives in completed projects offering this service such as Setia Sky Residences commenting on whether it is still in service or suspended.
