Try again, don't give up. Don't over do it in a short period of time, gets burnt out, and give up. "Slow-burn" your applications across longer periods of time to different places. Professors get a lot of emails, while they may not have any use for any applicants not, they may in the future - you can email them again later. Just don't sound so desperate about it. This is a soft skill, you are selling yourself, one that you can learn but can't be taught

UKM sponsor. She was employed by the uni, got her placement in a UK uni with a letter offer and all, and got the sponsorship with UKM

Given the current economic climate, it may be a good idea to actually have a sponsor and a job security. If you have so much money you can pay them back. But the choice is yours.
