 Bad temper / emotional problem.

I think I m bad temper... When people criticized me, I get easily irritated and mad.
Though I do not do something dangerous, the anger doesn't go away immediately. It lasts hours.

Any solutions?

*blood pressure normal. (on d lower side)

check your diet, see if youre getting the adequate nutrients from all the respective food pyramids tiers
exercise more, always something i do to relieve stress
learn to let small things go, if every little bit bothers you then youre either not keeping yourself busy enough or youll be stressing out over nothing

Yes relevant. You need to control your tamper and cannot feel superior all the time. Be wise and be mindful. It’s ok to be angry bad tamper once a while but not all the time.

people have different character traits; many of these are ingrained and will remain unchanged even if we try to unlearn them conciously.
I believe you probably have some type of emotional issues somewhere along the line, maybe an unpleasant childhood experience that shaped you this way. As anger is a reactive emotion, it can be altered. Anger is unpleasant to others around you, and before long, you will be forced to modify this reaction when you slowly realize you are becoming isolated.

I hide the anger pretty well...

But, that's mean I hide my problem only...

Ya, u got ur point here.... Feeling superior & actually inferior. Despite being good academically, I fail to get high position & good pay.

I can't stand stupid person keep discussing without arriving any solution. The whole meeting is just waste of time.

Be grateful there are stupid people around us, for joke or even easy competition. Imagine if everyone is equally smart, disasterous. Be grateful to have many stupid people around.

You need to have proper diet...no junk food...importantly quality and sufficient sleep at night....

Clean diet and workout help. And also they say a herb called Rhodiola Rosea is helpful to change nasty ppl. It gives energy and good mood.

if you 'label' certain probs with separate tags, you will be able to reduce the ones that you should not react to with ''anger''
no doubt there are happenings that you should react with ''anger''- not reacting with this under certain provocation will be abnormal-but, you just have to reduce the situations that you react with anger.
nonplussed reaction, bemused ones, u can use this in some situation to replace anger
some events you can just register your annoyance, not anger
some will not deserve anger as a reaction, why dont you snigger in derision for these ones
some will deserve a shoulder shrug in disgust

overall, you need to label some with other than anger; its a very strong negative reaction

You can try take 1000mg slow release vitamin c x 3 times a day.
What it do it increase the oxytocin level in the brain.

Check TFT level.

Check 24 hours urine catecholamines, metanephrines & normetanephrines TRO phaeochromocytoma.

The "Real" you make you anger....
if you understand well the above...

Hope you had learned during this MCO period:

1) Drink more warm water, add some lemon / vinegar/ ginger
2) consume less accidy foods
3) consume more fruits and veges
4) Practice relaxing exercise such as yoga
5) Silent sit for 10mins - 15mins everyday

You should be gratitude if your parents still around and nagging you, if one day those sounds disappear; what should you do?
