for those auction property listed in newspaper. do we have to pay the 2% commision to the agent if we win the bid? or this 2% commision is being paid by the bank? any idea?

Buyer dun need to pay the 2% to the agent/auctioner~ but the bank will pay. if succeed bid~

but u gonna get the bankdraft from the auctioning bank then u can go for the auction :3

This is not true.

U may get bankdraft from ANY bank as long as the currency & amount is correct.
