Works like a normal credit card, but i can't seem to use the wave function everytime. I like the RM57k daily spend limit that's pretty helpful.Wise (Transferwise) Malaysia Discussion, v1.0

They will block your account if you ignore the limit warning.

QUOTE(GSCboy @ Nov 14 2022, 01:05 PM) This is wrong, i just checked my email and apparently the exceed limit email was sent but went into my spam, no idea why. but they did quote about closing my account if i dont withdraw the excess. Although they say is seven days but apparently it was only 5 days, came back on the sixth. Happened to me.![]() Just send a support ticket, they will reactivate in few days. |

Wise is supposed to charge only 1% fee for ATM withdrawal starting 3 Jan 2023, but I am still charged 1.75% on a 5th Jan withdrawal.
Has they reversed the fee reduction plan below? https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/personal-fi...ithdrawals.html |

QUOTE(alenjon @ Jan 9 2023, 01:08 PM) Yeah, I did receive email from them saying there will be new fee structure at 1% starting 3 Jan 2023, but on 21 December 2022, they send another email to mention they remain fee structure as per previous style. oh that shucks"From January 3rd, 2023, we had planned to move to a 1% fee for additional cash withdrawals above 1000 MYR. However, we have decided not to go ahead and will not be making any changes to your cash withdrawal fees. This means you can still make 2 cash withdrawals up to 1000 MYR each month for free. We charge 1.75 MYR per additional withdrawal, and there’s a 5% fee on any amount you withdraw above 1000 MYR." https://wise.com/my/pricing/ ![]() Oh well. |

QUOTE(Steve78 @ Jun 29 2023, 08:15 PM) The more I read at this post, the more I realize that people here just blindly believe in "Wise works towards maximizing the user benefit and minimizing cost". please enlighten us of the hidden fees. DMOR but couldn't see any. thanks.Wise isn't the best for exchange rates and, like credit cards, it has hidden fees. Do your own research on the official website and don't just trust everything people say here. |
