how to withdraw cash in foreign atm?

only have 4 digit pin for our WISE CARD

eg if i put sgd into my wise.. and i go withdraw in SG atm.. what are additional charges?

I want to hold some USD while all of this economic cold wind blows. I was planning to open a USD account with CIMB until I saw their spread was around 3.5%.

Definitely got this limit. Its a limit imposed by BNM. Cannot escape.

Anything above the limit will be automatically withdrawn to your bank account.

I found this on their app:

We know that from time to time, you may receive or hold more than 20,000 MYR at a time. Once your balance is over 20,000 MYR, excess refund will need to be triggered. So to remain compliant, while giving you control of your money, you’ll have 7 days to withdraw the excess money to an external bank account. If the excess amount isn’t withdrawn in 7 days, we’ll freeze your account.

Once you've set up your external bank account, the excess refund will be triggered immediately if your balance is over 20,000 MYR.

They will block your account if you ignore the limit warning.

U can just direct transfer the usd with a small charge.

Any tutorial? Even Wise helpdesk replying me this, i have usd acc in Wise btw

hi guys. I have some doubt and wish to understand clearly.

example : Working at local (malaysia) receiving usd from overseas.

So i need to create USD account in WISE and pass the account number to the company am I right? So they will bank in USD payment to my USD WISE account.

then I can convert the USD amount to MYR and bank in into malaysia bank ? Any charges when convert usdto myr and bank in to malaysia bank ?
