afraid to re-update firmware as it might delete all userdata and applications right ?

yeap same with me .. but i still can't update to 330 .. mmmm .... at52, 12gb

1. How much RAM available you have now? Need to go to developer mode to check .. CHECK more than 50%
2. Have you restart your smartphone? - DONE
3. Good Wifi connection to download the updates - YEAP .. fibre at home
4. Use the default launcher. .. SUPPORT APPS
5. Check background apps that might interfere with this. easy to say, close all .. CHECKED CLOSE ALL
6. Battery status above 50% .. mostly 80%
7. Simcard remove clean using erasure and insert back .. NEED TO TRY THIS
8 Update Play store .. FREQ
9. Update all apps in Play store in "manage apps and devices" .. FREQ
10 Use Sony Suite to do it. ( I never done this before, only heard about it) .. TRIED .. but still failed
11 Say a little prayer before doing it .. YAAAAA

can you advise if using flashtool .. uncheck userdata can proceed or not ?

coz .. this phone is setup for my office okta verify .. VPN .. not thinking having issue to re-call and re-configure my VPN office access ... for soft token.

AT72, TW unit .. 12 gb .. not docomo unit ... still finding ways how to fix it.

i have send back my 1 ii to seller to solve issue can't do system update. hope they can solved it.

i don't have signal issue with my telco (maxis) after using AT52 HK firmware ... but having issue to update if there are system update.
but let see how the seller fixed my phone ...

after update OTA 395 , now u are correct ... now my 1 ii cannot detect maxis any more .. hahhaha
so sending back to seller to fixed

i just bought 5 ii HK set ... feel this phone is better in hands. better battery life .. just lack of 4k and only 8gb ram ...

when i'm using 1 ii, yeap ... google apps and backup works fine. coz this is HK set not China set.

i got this issue before .. but i send back my phone to the shop i bought.
might they install firmware and all works fine after that ...
