Foodpanda keeps on cancelling my order.
I choose to pick up but last min order cancelled.
Foodpanda said is restaurant problem.
If is restaurant problem, why Foodpanda still upload them in their menu?

Those that got canceled are those small businesses. Which have varying operation hours etc or they're in dispute with fp on payment terms etc I think.

If you order big companies like fast food chain I doubt there's any problem.

But the good thing is any cancellation the refund is rather fast. 2 days for my case. But you do get frustrated as you've been waiting for that food to arrive.

why need keep order from same restaurant that keep cancel order?

Yes, so far never received cancellation from KFC and Starbuck.
Yang kena multiple cancellation is from chatime and local cafe.

I complained Foodpanda and they feedback maybe due to technical issue or what.
So i tried to re-order after 20 mins pun kena cancelled.

mostly vendor (restaurant) issue. they cancel even if you see 'preparing' status..

Tell us what you order, we can try and see if got cancelled or not

this is a real disappointment when your belly is expecting some good food

Happened to me a few times

and one day decided to visit that restaurant, when I reached there, the shop seems closed.

So it's probably foodpanda automatically cancelling your order when the restaurant doesn't accepts it or something

grabfood also the same. ordered 2 hours earlier, then 30 minutes before delivery time restaurant canceled my order.

sonow i know i will boycott the restaurant. i put my order 2 hours before at 3pm and they canceled it at 530pm. if you have a large amount of order coming in at 5pm time then why did the restaurant canceled my order.

simple management also cannot do so ur not getting my patronage anymore.

This happened when i used the jombreakfast promo code.
I kena my area chatime cancelled my order 3 times.
Another case is local cafe, i checked with foodpanda they said the cafe cancelled my order, then i whatapps the cafe they said never received my order, then i showed them foodpanda cancellation email, the cafe said was line problem. All pushed to each other.
