Mine's worse sad.gif enquired them about parts replacement but they cost nearly a whole new chair especially with the shipping costs from sg

It showed signs exactly a year later and it got worse today. Picture is taken yesterday, 2 years after the purchase. Kinda regret getting it as well. I do wipe it often but still, it peeled off when in contact with sweat for long. Could literally see the shape of my body through the picture from where it peeled off. I have big thighs too, hence the terrible peel at the sides

A few days later i got the seat, to my horror they sent the wrong color. I was bloody furious at that point. I demanded for a correct color, and it was sent after a few days. And it took them 2 long months to have the wrong chair collected, after i threaten them that i would throw the seat out as my house is not their warehouse.

A few weeks ago, the back rest area leather is starting to peel off! FML! And now the seating area is also peeling off, which i replaced like a year and a half ago....

I am not giving them another chance after seeing that you guys are having the same trouble

Bad customer service
Bad quality products

I feel like setting the chair on fire and take a video and send to them...that’s who upset i am with them.

Exactly the same situation on my end. Looking at the price, I thought it should last for a few good years but boy was I wrong. With all the marketing efforts that are so intense especially in FB and Insta, with so many "fans" showing off their new chair, I had the urge to post mine there to "show it off" as well, to let everyone see how the chair holds up in a year time. But I decide not to, to not risk getting sued lol
