This is my first time purchase from them, A Super Flow Leadex III 80+ 650W and 2x 8GB Spectrix D60G DDR4, since 23 April I placed order, 24 April the status changed to pending pickup by Ninja Van, and until now no more update, sent them several msg also no reply. My other items ordered at the same day already received and now waiting for their parcel to start assemble. I don't think I will make future purchase from them again, totally irresponsible, I understand MCO might causes delay but even no reply to my msg is unacceptable.

Should chat wt them first before placing order. I tried chat 2 sellers. Completely no respond. Then switched to another seller.

Same here. I ordered and paid on 24 April but until now still no have any info updated including the tracking number. Using Facebook page pm and Shopee chat no respond at all. My first time purchase with them and got this kind of bad experienced. Lol...

My parcel was pickup up by Ninja Van yesterday, well the delayed wasn't worry me as I have expected during MCO, but no response to customer message is what let me down, this will be my last purchase from Dotatech, no more next time.

never like to buy from shopee platform . the seller there pretty no quality ... even their Shopp Smart is stupid. i rejected the parcel and they got the gut to dispute my refund... stupid to the max.

slow still bole bawak berbincang but not responding to customer enquiries is a big no no. thx for the heads up.

I had the same problem with them. I bought a chair on 23rd April and I haven't receive until today. In fact my items from China had safely arrived.

They are also not very interested to reply your chat in the platform. I think they don't value customers.

aii...found this thread too late, anyway i already cancelled my transaction with them (Dota) ordered on last Monday, msg them few times also no reply..only auto reply msg..

My parcel finally arrived yesterday and my system is built. I leave a 2 star rating, they have excellent packaging but very poor customer service.

I would recommend PC Byte or Ebucket (penang based), they have great service and ship fast.

Have you whatsapp them? I have whatsapp them they do reply me, but shopee late reply

Ordered a set of Phanteks RGB Led combo and M1 from them....no response for almost 10 days then got my order cancelled.

Ordered from E Tech and the very same day got my product packed. This is like my 2nd cancellation from Dotatech. Other shops were able to meet the deliveiry timeframe during the MCO (and there was 1 that delay but they communicated well enough that I understand their reason) except dotatech.

Dotatech has one of the cheapest prices . And yes i bought many pc stuff from them during MCO

Took almost 14 days to arrive.

They just have too many orders due to their cheap price. They dont care if u cancel order because they know they selling the cheapest ppl will still buy from them.

And they dont have enough man power to reply each msg that comes in.

never reply in chat as well, or even business whatsapp. again, this seems to be a trend in Shopee....for seller not respond after sales.
