Hi,

So my tenancy agreement with my tenant will come to an end this June 2020.

As this is my first time renting out a property, what happens after that? Assuming that the tenant is going to continue staying, do I need to re-draft a new tenancy agreement? How to do it? Do I still need to go via an agent for the renewal?
