Firstly, decide if you want to do it yourself or engage an agent or both.
Secondly, advertise your property and choose the right media.
There is no difference on transactions process or legality requirements during MCO as compare to normal times. The challenges are more practicality in nature, for instance property inspection, working hours constraints, personal meeting constraint etc.

No difference from selling during normal circumstances, except generating lower interests as everyone is waiting for price to significantly drop following the MCO.
