This is wrong. The profit distribution is on top of 10% rebate for direct online purchase.

From Etiqa website, Takaful as "Cash back when you make no claims". How is this different from conventional NCB?

takaful is special comapred to conventional.


NCB: takaful and conventional have these.

cash back if no claim: takaful only.

takaful business is based on pool of risk where the company act as an operator.
operator already took a portion of your contribution (the payment u made) to manage the pool of risk.
If in the end of the period, you pool has less claim and make surplus (operator may use the money to invest) they will return back to participants loh (those didnt make any claim)


for conventional, all the money u paid, belong to company. thats it.
