Ipad mini..that size is perfect for media consumption..not too big and small..

if u r mostly streaming..u can just get 64GB..

Go for the iPad Air. The moment you use it for productivity like excel, browsing etc then good to get more screen real estate.

Go for base model 64gb then pay 3.90 a month for extra 50gb for iCloud.

The mini is so small , at 7.9" , it's just slightly larger than 6.5" smart phones nowadays .
