With budget 3k, any good 2k/4k monitor to recommend ?

preferred specs
144hz for 1440p else any refreshrate for 4k
HDR compliance, atleast 400 nits above
IPS, or lg nano ips, 1ms
29 inch and above

Here's why:

No monitors can properly support HDR anyway (unless you are talking about those very high end, near RM10K monitors that is, and for that budget you can get a proper OLED TV that will outperform them anyway) icon_idea.gif
Even if you can afford one, HDR on PC games is still at its infancy, and Windows still doesn't know how to handle HDR properly (on the other hand consoles handle HDR gaming much better, mind you) icon_idea.gif

All 1ms monitors are not real 1ms (even the fastest 1ms monitors, which are often TN panels still doesn't come close to this figure) icon_idea.gif

Get something like LG's 27GL850 instead (it's a bit smaller at 27 inch, but it is one of the best monitors you can buy at this budget) icon_idea.gif
