Running out of ideas... plus with the extended MCO to 12 May

Ideas please! I have some space in the living room and I'm good with bodyweight exercises / cardio

Do you need workout that changes everyday?
What ive been doing is jumping jack /running in my living room while watching netflix.

You know....with just push up only you can do with at least 50 variation

skippping is very good burning calories
not too much, as it will burn alot, and you then will feel hungry
... then u will eat more than you have burnt
this is the rules of energy balance and body metabolism

I do like some variation in my workouts. Feel stagnant when I do the same thing everyday

Yes... I've been doing push up variations, but it's getting kinda boring. Lol
