I would advice you to not start on Shoppee or Lazada as Malaysian consumers are quite familiar with tao bao and aliexpress etc. Hence your margin will be extremely low. This is also before accounting for your marketing spend or payment provider commission.

Instead I would suggest that you try drop shipping overseas to countries that have stronger spending power and whose residents are either not familiar with Tao Bao/Aliexpress etc, or just don't want to deal with these Chinese companies directly. That way you have a bigger opportunity to increase your margins both from selling at a higher price, and also from currency conversion.

But do spend some time in learning what makes a good e commerce store and what's especially important is that you have a grasp on FB ads and other marketing channels. All these c an be learnt without spending money on ridiculously priced courses. Go to Facebook groups, or Youtube channels are your first point of call.

I'm don't think you understood me correctly. I never said auto accessories isn't a good idea

I'm saying, whatever products you're selling, try selling it overseas rather than in Malaysia
