do i need any settings?, when online-ing at starbucks?

as topic, do i need to do any settings to my Wifi NDSL or ? because i want to buy the Nintendo Broswer..it is usable in starbucks and other free hotspots right? no setting needed? i cant connect to my neighbour wireless ..it say 51300 errorr...weird..

The Nintendo DS Browser uses the same Wi-Fi settings as your WFC games, no no additional settings required. If you can connect to the login page like the picture below, you can use that hotspot.  If you want to play WFC using Timezone hotspot, just switch the gamecard (after logging in with the browser) and you're ready to go.
