Details of the complaint :

the chronology of what happened.
he say he's selling HDD, so i buy from him. simple. bank in rm400 and he confirmed. everything done via PM cuz he say he don't have phone with him that time, left at home.

skycrew said will send on 13July but delayed till 18July due to "technical problem". waiting game make me nervous and when PM him, he say will call me. i never received any call yet from him. until today i still haven't received my tracking, let alone my HDD .

i already check with my faculty on daily basis (where all my packaged are send to) but that only wasted my time and energy cuz everytime i ask, there are no package send from skycrew. later, he also gave me his phone number with turned out not in service when i call him last week.

i'm being informed by him that he's actually the middle-man and want me to contact the actual seller. but why divert me to the another person when i deal with him personally before he sent the stuff out? moreover, i'm actually also the third party involved by help buying this HDD for my friend

RM400 is huge amount, some only earn around that per month, let alone a university student who fund depend solely on PTPTN...

His banking info will be revealed later if needed. he also running a blog if u checked. his phone number is available if requested but useless as not in service.

PS: I'm won't be able to online frequently as my hostel are not connected. check my online behavior if needed, mods/admins. i seldom online at night unless have night class

he's not from cameron highland, just there for a while. that's what he say... i have been there before and i know nobody open IT store there lol.

this case really make me lost interest dealing with people with 0post

From wat i can read at the last of skycrew's sales thread , he wrote there both units sell to ppl outside forum . U in the counts or ?

no, he say he got many units since he can get direct from supplier. i think i will try contact via his blog.

another purchase from 0 post member...next time try not to purchase from these people leh. 0 post shows that he does not have much experience in how things work around here. You took a big risk that looks like might never pay off...

if RM400 is such a huge amount for you, why did you just blindly bank-in the money? Aren't you suspicious about him being zero post user?

my deal with him, i bankin to his cimb account RM300 for p4 1.7g+ram+mobo+gc... next day he sms me the tracking number... i check skynet online, everything good... he sent out on friday, and my place here monday was hols, so waited till wednesday thursday still din come... i check its the stupid idiot skynet put comment bad address on the website... the seller call up skynet and then few hours later everything done... items receive also all working nice nice... my point here is i know he is good guy... so smthing might happen...

skycrew refunded yesterday afternoon like promised. dispute cleared. actually both of us are victims, just i'm a bit lucky buying it through another third party (skycrew)
