Used to get around 185-190ms on a good day to Los Angeles speed test servers last month and before the MCO.

Nowadays, even during off peak hours getting around 230-240ms and peak hours it even reaches 300ms!

Can you do something about this Maxis Broadband? At least ask your main upstream provider, NTT to do some investigation on this matter.

it is not only West Coast US servers across the Pacific which is getting bad. Japan test servers are also registering spikes of around 110-120ms during peak hours. Used to get 80-90ms only to Japan before the MCO.

With more people staying at home using the internet and the recent faulty AAG submarine cable - https://www.nst.com.my/business/2020/04/586...nectivity-fully
it's not surprising though.
Nevertheless, I expect this to get better.

I just checked an hour ago, no improvement yet. Pings at least 50ms higher than normal with very high spikes/jitters.

The speed also very much affected. Not getting anything close to 15M with a 30M line which is less than 50% of subscribed speed even to Japan.

Do a speedtest to any LA server on Speedtest.net preferably to AT&T. The ping is higher than normal.
