i know a lot small companies boss that humbly use their own money fr emergency like this

i got another reason not to use airasia, which i have been doing so in the past 5 years

at least MAS doesnt scam their passenger with low class service and shitty treatment
If anyone wants to charge me expensive and give expensive quality, I am happily give them my money. But if anyone wanted to charge me cheap but will treat ppl like shit, I'd rather keep the money.
