 Piping responsibility between the meter and the re

Hi,
In case there is a leakage in the piping between the water meter in a riser and to the respective unit in a condo, jwho would be responsible to repait it and take up the cost. Would it be the JMB or the unit owner as these piping runs thru the common area, which is the lobby,

The JMB would say that its the responsibility of the respective unit owner as it comes after the metre. Pease do clarify if any of the strata acts clarifies this or what would be the normal practice??

Owner. Anything before metre is responsible of JMB.

my previous case is the meter broken. the leaking is before meter...
as JMB said already under individual account, then owner need to deal with Air Selangor.

I also agreed with this.
Anything before the meter is under JMB, anything beyond the meter is under owner.

If the leaking is the meter itself, who is responsible?
