Keep your VP50 & get a Happy plan.

The Happy plan is ONLY good for really short calls (like few seconds) and medium-to-long calls (like over 6 minutes). Other than that, it is EXTREMELY expensive.
Furthermore, there is the 45-minute call cap for all Happy outgoing calls, and certain users have said line-cut-offs can happen randomly. Imagine if you want to talk for 45-minutes, then your call gets cut off at 1 minute or so, and you need to pay RM0.60 for that (from 1 sen per second rate).
I don't see the SMS being very cheap as it is RM0.10 to all networks.
For VP50, RM0.05 to Maxis and RM0.15 to other networks for SMSes is pretty much the same and rather balances out.

Happy is good as a secondary line, but NEVER as a primary line.

I received a SMS stating that Reload, Supersavers, Activ10 and other services are interrupted due to a service upgrading on 2 June (12am to 6am) .

if activ10 services are interrupted means we call at normal rate?

haha now we know their trick...n wats more i got 1 sms offering me buy 200 sms for rm4.only can be send to 017,012 and 0142...after give it a tought....i decide to purchase it...great offer anyway.n no time limit..which mean no time frame to use the sms....i oni reload 1 time in a month
