My call in sometime no sound at all. Caller need to recall. I'm using hotlink. But I not sure this because of my HP or HOTLINK.

Can any one Sign-out the hotlink online as to check their call detail. I seem not working from myside.

Can any one confirm how much call rate for hotlink after you top up RM 30. I had top up on last month and this time. Regard to say that they do not send me the RM 36cent / minute message. Now my call rate = 49 cent / minute.

I think they had very serious system issue. Even the online E-Statement also cannot resolve the "other error".
