Tody...i can receive and make call around 8 am. Then go to sleep. wake 11am, no line..reset the sim, registration error. Call customer service, she inform its a TECHNICAL ERROR. 2) Is the customer operator plainly dumb with her explaination?
3) If its true....can i complaint? If can where?

Go directly & screw them up. Tell that you want to meet their higher levels if this problem is not going to be solved...So just want to ask you all....
