QUOTE(David83 @ Apr 1 2008, 11:41 PM) How come if I remembered correctly, it'll be reload at least RM 30 to enjoy lower call rate. 36sen/min Maxis to any network with Top Up RM30* (taken from Hotlink website). My concern is how long this lower call rate will last? 30 days only or through your validity period (if you reload more than RM 30)? 30 days starting from the day of sms I think.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 7 2008, 05:50 PM) Hi all. I was from Hotlink and switched to Maxis postpaid last August and I noticed I am without such features anymore when I was with Hotlink: 1) I didn't get missed call notification. Keyed in the codes stated on first post, but it came back "Your request was not successfully processed. Please call customer service for assistance." 2) When I was on phone with somebody, third person can't call in anymore that means no more call waiting. It just shows the third person engaged. Mind to enlighten me and ways to activate them again? For waiting call, you need to subscribe. The feature cost RM3/month. Surprisingly huh? Coz prepaid is offering FREE But, waiting call by default, it is activated

QUOTE(s[H) sIkuA,Apr 9 2008, 04:59 PM]Anyone know is there a way to stop Hotlink from sending all those sms about promo/advertisement ? It's getting annoying Seriously you want to stop Hotlink? Yeah, there is a way, stop using Hotlink then. Which means, that it is impossible to stop them from sending you any promotion sms, as you are using their services. QUOTE(eXPeri3nc3 @ Apr 23 2008, 02:08 PM) Yeah, I did, that's why I know. The thing is, I thought Active10 is a standalone rate non-affected by any plans? Or I'm wrong from the start. Anyone mind to guide me to where I can read upon more info for the plan comparisons? I'd been to blogs and such, and I still can't get what I want. Thanks. Active 10 applicable to Hotlink Plan. For Hotlink Plan, sms to non-active 10 is RM0.07/sms, sms to active 10 is rm0.01/sms Call plan, sms to non-active 10 is RM0.10/sms, sms to active 10 is rm0.05/sms Sms plan, sms to non-active 10 is RM0.05/sms, sms to active 10 is rm0.01/sms Correct me if I am wrong

QUOTE(eXPeri3nc3 @ Apr 23 2008, 03:30 PM) I'm getting that for my Active10 (dad and mum hp num). Wtf? So it actually refers to what plan you're using issit? So if that case it seems that Hotlink Plan is still a way better deal then. CMIIW too. But Hotlink Plan, if you sms to non-active 10, then it is expensive. It have pros and cons

For the pros and cons... Anywhere to check that out? I'd been through hotlink website, and I don't get their documentation Thanks. I guess your answer has been answered?

QUOTE(Konichiwa @ Apr 29 2008, 03:33 AM) My advice, Next time, if you wanted to complain about something, use the complain form at Maxis website. Don't call the operator. They know no shit. And they can't do anything. My Hotlink Zone is back, though there's still no beep sound when I call out, but I get 1sen SMS to any 012 now.Enough for me..WRite them, not talk to them. And they called me the day after. Excellent. Sometime, I found that it is inconvenience for them to call me. They just don't ask whether you are free to speak a not. I used those service before, it is excellent, yes, follow up 1 day 1 time, called me 4 days, meaning 4 times. But I am busy, for me, I prefer to call them when I am free. Btw, how come sms to any 012 only 1 cent?
