Hi all. I was from Hotlink and switched to Maxis postpaid last August and I noticed I am without such features anymore when I was with Hotlink:

1) I didn't get missed call notification. Keyed in the codes stated on first post, but it came back "Your request was not successfully processed. Please call customer service for assistance."
 
2) When I was on phone with somebody, third person can't call in anymore that means no more call waiting. It just shows the third person engaged.

Mind to enlighten me and ways to activate them again?

RM20= 20 days
RM10+RM10=??? days

what i mean by RM10+RM10 is i top up with 2 separate top up cards will it still be 20days or just 10days??

better do it online or calling 1312. I did the addition through *100# and Hotlink did not add any of the new numbers i entered and I was charged for it.

I saw some reload care expiry in 2010.

only 5, then i added 5 through *100#  , only 3 went through , 2 burnt. So now I only have 8 numbers. No more free changes.

My advice, Next time, if you wanted to complain about something, use the complain form at Maxis website. Don't call the operator. They know no shit.
And they can't do anything.My Hotlink Zone is back,though there's still no beep sound when I call out, but I get 1sen SMS to any 012 now.Enough for me..WRite them,not talk to them. And they called me the day after. Excellent.
