So with this new plan, they will kill the P plan...all the new registration will be Value plan while existing user can have the choice to switch or not switch

but then wats the point of doing P plan promo with hp purchase now?

i aredi paid cuz my fon was barred this morning.. 300++ only 2 weeks aredi adds up to this amount.. ridiculous..
another 2 weeks + only my bill will come.. probably another 300++ amount again..

cuz i heard one rumor from a fren's fren who work in Maxis billing.. that once ur bill consistent 300++ then almost every month will be the same amount regardless.. dat's y lotsa customers complain bout the bills at maxis..

this is not to challenge maxis credibility but anyone of u have heard the same rumors or experienced this urself?

I'm sure they are going to revise the MyMaxis Phone Deal promo to align with Value Plans

No such thing la....take a look on ur bill majority charges is from voice call, sms or data charges....dun jump into conclusion until u see at ur bill.

Wow.... Great plan! I think its time I went Postpaid. RM50 is just around my usual prepaid usage.

Anyone can advice... would it be better to go direct to a Maxis centre or would it be better to go jalan-jalan in Mid Valley or somewhere and wait for some Maxis lenglui to approach you? Got free gifts sometimes.....

since my mom spent so much on the supp-line ( which is out of my expectation oso...) may be it's time to get her this 50 or 80 plan...

got some problem with gprs settings. my phone is nokia 3110 classic, to get the gprs settings i must send sms to 22333, right?
but.....what phone model should i type in "GPRS NOKIA <model>"? i tried 3110, 3110CLASSIC, 3110C but none of them works....
and there goes my 0.45 cent

If u want to change from Hotlink to Value Plan without changing number, suggest u go maxis centre to convert it from prepaid to postpaid. Otherwise, any registration channel would be able to register .

hi, does have any maxis 3G coverage in kelantan?? coz right now my 3g phone detected 3g network in kelantan but i check maxis website there is no coverage yet...the coverage is quite good...full network line.....i tried using the 3g but still slow

Currently Maxis 3G is available in Penang, Langkawi, Alor Setar, Kuantan, Genting, Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, and Kuching. Maybe they just upgrade certain sites into 3G that's y you would be able to get 3G signal. Bear in mind, speed may not be stable & sometimes might just went off...So prepared as a trial stage.

Only got around Kota Bharu area...
At my home (wakaf bharu) got 1 bar 3G coverage...
Tried it before at Kota Bharu...
Loading up LYN.net page with Maxis 3G Internet take me about Rm2...

Try not to use 3G instead of GSM signal to make call when signal is weak. Reason u will experiencing drop call in between.

Today ads got this SuperSaver Plan for Hotlink. The deal is:
RM0.005/sms = half sen for every sms send
Just dial *100# to enjoy 400 SMS @ RM4 (valid for purchase from 12AM to 7PM)

Wow, half cents per sms. Do you have any source? Mind explaining further? I couldnt really get coz RM4 = 400sms which means 1cent per sms right?

EDIT : I went to *100# Hotlink supersavers
It's RM2 for 400sms
