Tody...i can receive and make call around 8 am. Then go to sleep. wake 11am, no line..reset the sim, registration error. Call customer service, she inform its a TECHNICAL ERROR. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE TO NEW NUMBER since this number(current i use) is EXPIRED. I say I topup already last week. She insist its a Technical error. Nothing cant do. I also say, the nighbouring number(my wife number) no problem even purchase together and use for the last 6 years! She still insist its a technical error..must change to new number, the credit from the "expired" number will be transfer.

So just want to ask you all....

1)Somebody got this prob(sorry can't browse all pages..using 56k..very slow to open)
2) Is the customer operator plainly dumb with her explaination?
3) If its true....can i complaint? If can where?

You should know where the location of "D' House" is.That's Maxis' rival big lil stronghold.

Full bar doesn't always mean good.
A fine example would be your wireless router.Even if you have a laptop situated right next to it receiving at full rate/all bars up, yet the router is only connected to a 56k connection you'll still be suffering with snail speeds with internet connection.So getting full bar is not always a good indication that you'll get good reception.You get what I mean?It just mean a good connection is established between the BTS and your phone.

Why want to tear down a fine meeting place for some people?It's already the "known" spot where the famous confrontation took place.For some people, when they get into a fight they'll tell you "belakang Menara Maxis".People are proud of the landmark, man.That's where they'll meet you up on Sundays to settle things once and for all. 

DiGi was smarter to choose a HQ which was out of the city to avoid the jams and high operation costs.

Yes it's true.I'm sure you've heard the past news that Malaysia's most successful CEO Datuk Jamalludin, and most senior management staffs(foreign staffs like Richard Boyle and Rolf Marthinusen) are leaving one by one since last year. To add, the CEO of ASTRO Robert Odendaal will be resigning mysteriously this April for whoever knows what reason.They claim that they're retiring and pursuing better opportunities elsewhere but that's only part of the story.

Ask any Maxis long time staffs and they'll tell you good stories about the company.
Even our dear admin at Lowyat, Mr Vijandren was part of Maxis before.Anyone tried asking him before why he had left and form his own startup as vice president?
