Kubica gained on Hamilton from the back by nudging him off the track, and hamilton did not deliberately close the door on Kubica, it should be Kubica who's backing off in that situation.

I've never seen anyone taking penalties for 1st corner incidents. Maybe they ruled it's 'unavoidable' (). But then, human are making decisions so there'll be variable in decisions(Like Vettel kissing Alonso)

Vettel was actually playing bumper car in the race. He hit Alonso before hitting Webber. Alonso has some damage on the bodywork and maybe as well as his suspension causing him to crash later on.

After this year I think the fan base will shift. 40% Ferrari, 40% McLaren, 20% BMW Sad to see that BMW team is not getting their deserved praises, they've been doing very well this year.
