IMHO, Hamilton may be on 1 pit stop strategy, just like Kimi at Monza GP.

Layout from f1.com 16 corners. IMHO, most difficult part is from turn 10 till 16.. |

QUOTE(linkinstreet @ Sep 17 2007, 10:31 AM) not quite. Rain, Ferrari's unreliability, etc. they can play a part in the race. And IIRC, Massa will be on his second engine while Kimi and both of the Macca's are on their new at Japan. Thus Massa will be a lot careful that most Why massa on 2nd engine?I thought they all will using new engine next GP. Added on September 17, 2007, 1:18 pm QUOTE(Raikkonen @ Sep 17 2007, 12:56 PM) During practice session, sure Ferrari and Mclaren get top 4.Just focus on qualification session and race day first corner. Fuji 1st corner quite similar to Spa 1st corner, hope Alonso not repeat it again. This post has been edited by edison_84: Sep 17 2007, 01:18 PM |

QUOTE(BuFung @ Sep 18 2007, 03:23 PM) Button and Ruben both are good drivers. But their eco-fiendly car.. They might have the chance to win if FIA set a rules that everyone must use eco-friendly car. If next year coughlan and stepney join honda, then Mclaren data + ferrari data + coughlan + stepney |

QUOTE(BuFung @ Sep 18 2007, 05:23 PM) I felt Button a bit over rate by British people.. and Ruben.. far far behind Michael when he is in Ferarri.. is Far far far behind.. U see other driver who are teammate with Michael.. like Irvine n Massa.. which is not that much far far far away.. I don't think so. If last time Button return to BMW, then he got chance to get WDC. |

QUOTE(kapitan @ Sep 30 2007, 02:54 PM) I really like it when Kubica swept Hamilton aside. Really wish he DNF. kubica bang hamilton.Anyway, Ferrari has gone crazy with the intermediate tyres for the start. If not they would have a chance of winning it. Secondly why were the safety car out for so many laps and then suddenly went in when everyone going in for fuel and pray that it stay for 40+ laps behind it. And thirdly I really hate the new restart rules. They are wasting at best 2-3laps just for the backmarkers to pass them and then the safety car went in, and then the lead car will overtake them again. Too much stupidity is going on in Formula1. You just have to 'love' it dont you. I was wondering why Kubica was punished when he was alongside Hamilton anyway (Hamilton went offline). Someone bang Heidfeld and wasnt punished. A couple bang Alonso too and got away. LOL.... good steward... If not mistaken, no one bang alonso. |

QUOTE(bearbear @ Sep 30 2007, 03:05 PM) Yes MS is almost there, Alonso is far away(25 laps and he is like #8 or something). 2006, MS and Alonso only few point different, but Japan GP change everything. Alonso win 06 wDCHow is that similar? 2007, Alonso and Hamilton 2 points different, and also Japan GP result, Hamilton now 12 point ahead. That why i said the situation just like last year. |

QUOTE(Raikkonen @ Sep 30 2007, 03:08 PM) He meant the championship race. arlo... with alonso experience, mclaren can't build such consistent for you to drive lar.MS was challenging Alonso last year for the world title. MS engine problem and Alonso leaving Suzuka by leading the championship. The feeling of losing the grip on the title. Hamilton wants Alonso to quit McLaren Title leader hoping for a new team-mate in 2008 Link ~ http://www.f1-live.com Does not surprise me. |
