Now Malaysia household debt more than 90%, most people EPF don't even have 10k, and majority people earn less than 5k per month.

In KL u can see big name condo still many unit is dark. Economy no good, people no budget to move to high operprice unit. Flipper can't sell unit and lock to high monthly payment.
