ok pal! no problemo! let us help each other!  icon_rolleyes.gif hmm..i think i saw Time Robo somewhere...but cant recall it...

Really? LOL. But I would prefer getting both together. It's like my US version Galaxy and Delta Mega sets. Someone was selling just the Galaxy but I found another guy selling both, so I had to buy from this other guy.

I hope to pick more Shinkenger stuffs but no luck yet. I quite like the Shodophone.

Woah, for sets that are used and incomplete, they sure are expensive. I wonder if RM100+ for each of them, the US versions would be good? Since someone is offering me new sets at this price.

And hmm, time to do some rough calculations on how much I spent to make G-12.

Engine-Oh - RM360
Birca - RM80
Gunpherd - RM10
Carrigator - RM10
Toripter - RM10
Jetras - RM10
Jumbowhale - RM230
Kyouretsu-Oh - RM200
Total: RM910 (still below the original yen prices conversion)[Total in yen: 6800+2200+2200+3800+2200+2200+5500+9800=34700 yen]

looks like I had to 4get about completing G-12....huhu... cry.gif
*
Well kind of true because getting Kyouretsu that cheap is near impossible. I called up Grafitti Toys to ask about how much a 12k yen Sentai toy will cost. They gave me a rough estimation that it will not cost below RM550. He says, the most probable price for it is RM580 or so. GOSH, meaning Mogyu will be around RM600, DEAD!

*
Yeah, it's more like SOC. I double confirmed ledi, a guy who normally buys Sentai toys say it will be RM600 when it comes. So, are you willing to fork RM600 for that piece? Btw, how much you paid for Shinken-Oh anyways?

the original 1993 Megazord is nicer... but 2010 version is cheaper...

I've been searching for 2010 Megazord around Toyr'us... still no luck finding it so far...  maybe wait till they release Dragonzord and see how it looks like...
*
You're from the US? To what I know, whatever US gets, we will get 1 year later. For example, Jungle Fury aired in 2008 but we're only starting out here. As for MMPR 2010 toylines, I am not sure if we're getting it here either. We would probably get the HK repackaged Shinkenger stuffs rather than the MMPR 2010 toys.

As for my original MMPR Megazords Collection, I had it like for 14 years now if I count the earliest one. Season 1 Megazord's sword handle broke but I taped it back. Titanus no longer moves with batteries but Dragonzord's Chest Plate still functions (SURPRISINGLY). Season 2 stuffs have nothing broken but missing most of the mini Rangers and Crystals and some gold shell pieces on Tor. Season 3 ones are kept nicest with only the Shogun Megazord's Sword handle showing a little tear but it's still in one piece.

Dang, how I wish I can get hold of the Zeo Ultrazord and Turbo Rescue Megazord sets now.

Finally, got to finish my Shinkenger mecha collection and here is what I got.
First up, all the stuffs that I have from Shinkenger alone:
user posted image
I was lucky enough to snag the Shinkenmaru + Hiden Disk Buckle Boxset at a low price, around US$50 simply because the shop attendant mislabeled the price when it first came.

My favourite combination thus far, Tenkuu Shinken-Oh:
user posted image
I can't see his face though.

Alright, ZEN SAMURAI GATTAI! Samurai Ha-Oh Kyoryu! Tenka Toitsu!
user posted image
I am surprised. IT CAN HOLD THE KYORYU LIKE THAT WITHOUT THE BASE.

And when everyone joins the fun, we get:

DaiGouYou as well. GOU YOU DE!

Can't believe someone is looking for the DX Japanese version of the Magiranger mechs. Interesting, I know of someone who's selling an MISB Magilegend. You won't like the price, RM420 or so. I remember the guy is from famitoys. You can try asking. As for MagiKing, during 2005, I saw one or two at LT and since LT only brings the main DX mecha only once or twice during the early times, they were gone pretty fast. I remember it was retailing at RM250 when it first came.

Ultimate DaiBouken: I was the biggest in 2006!
Engine-Oh G-12 and Samurai Ha-Oh: Who's bigger now?
Engine-Oh G-12: We can talk but you guys can't!
Samurai Ha-Oh: Look who's talking? We can move by ourselves!

And of course, here's an old stuff that I found and I like very much because it's a SWORD:

Shadow Saber? Not quite. It's the Japanese version D-Sword Vega repacked.

The box is just plain but there's a little piece of paper inside (manual) that has Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger marks on it. Hehe.

So expensive? I can get one Magilegend Japanese Version at SGD45.00 leh. Is it toys in Malaysia are more expensive?
*
Actually, the reason they are expensive is because they are rare. We only get the original Japanese versions and not the HK repacks. For example, we'll only get Magiranger stuffs from 2005 to maybe early 2006. After that, we'll be waiting on Mystic Force toys that will come in 2007 end and of course, if we're lucky we'll get a repack or two of the Japanese version in Power Rangers boxes. This is because we don't have toy stores that import the rest in like Singapore does. In Singapore, they get the privilege to enjoy both versions because some toy stores decide to import some Japanese boxed HK repacks in and therefore, they'd get stuffs easier. Even getting newer stuffs would be easier because all Super Sentai toy stocks go through Singapore and then, what is left that Singaporeans don't want, we will have it.

Wow... I see... now I'm quite curious on buying BOA stuffs if I can a repack. It's not easy to get a repack right?

Added on January 2, 2010, 1:25 pm

Can try using alcohol...

Hmm, you need to try checking the boxes. HK Sentai repacks in PR boxes normally have a style that follows the Sentai version. Look at that Shadow Saber I got above, it has the same box style as the Sentai one except it is written as PR SPD. It's pretty easy to spot them. For your info, here are a list of repacks that I know of:

2003 - Ninja Storm (Hurricanger 2002)
Samurai Star Megazord (HK Tenkuujin repack)

2004 - Dino Thunder (Abaranger 2003)
Thundersaurus Megazord (HK Abaren-Oh repack with chromes)

2005 - SPD (Dekaranger 2004)
Delta Squad Megazord (HK Dekaranger Robo repack)
Delta Morpher (SP License HK repack)
Patrol Morpher (Master License HK repack)
Delta Blasters (Hybrid Magnum HK repack)
Shadow Saber (D-Sword Vega HK repack)
R.I.C. (Murphy HK repack)
Deltamax Striker (D-Arms HK repack)

2006 - Mystic Force (Magiranger 2005)
Sentai Hero Series Full Line (in PR boxes)

2007 - Overdrive (Boukenger 2006)
Sentai Hero Series Full Line (in PR boxes)
Battlefleet Megazord (HK DaiVoyager repack)

2008 - Jungle Fury (Gekiranger 2007)
Sentai Hero Series Full Line (in PR boxes)
Jungle Pride Megazord (HK GekiTohja repack)
Jungle Master Megazord (HK GekiFire repack)

Hope that helps.

I spent around RM1.3k or so for all the Shinkenger mechs including DaiGouYou if I am right. My collection is just starting to grow. Here are some of my photos taken again:

Hurricanger Collection. Not in picture are DX Storm Megazord, DX Thunder Megazord, DX Samurai Star and Tri Condor (can't find the box of that thing)

Dekaranger Collection. Not in picture is DX Omega Megazord
[Missing Hybrid Magnum, D-Arms, K-9, D-Revolver, Deka Wing Robo and Blast Buggy]

My collection of Gekiranger Weapons, aka Jungle Fury. Notice that these are more screen accurate and they feature LIGHTS and MORE SOUNDS.
[I am quite happy that I only miss one Changer/Weapon from Geki line, the Geki Sabers. I don't think Jungle Fury toy line has it but I hope they do repacks.]
