Hi Guys, i have an issue of PBB - PBe but i tried contacting their customer service but their operating hours only on the weekday.

The issue is may i know what is Note No.? Anyway this is for Loan Account.

Anyone know what is this ? Kindly assist me

Note no was what category your loan are

part of the account number

either 90100 or 30100

Its the 5 digit number which comes with your loan acc number.

Normally your acc number is 10 digits, then there is another numbers which is your note number, eg, 30010.

This "note no" is unique to public bank.
For example, car loan will use 00010 if not mistaken.
Each type of loan have a dedicated note number. So if you have bank acct 12345568 and want to transfer money frm maybank to pay, then you need to put the beneficiary bank acct as 1234457800010 (something like this).

For car loan is different note number from house loan. Its better to call bank to confirm ya.
