Hi Maxis, Ive been receiving unwanted SMS subscriptions from 26700, 28831, 24961 and GoGames. This is the 2nd time im receiving it. Last March, ive already lodged a complaint through the Maxis App. The agent said it will stop all the messages but this month im still receiving it. Im only aware of this after reading my bill because the sim is in a wifi router used as a broadband by my parents. Mind you this service is charging me RM2 per sms and it is unsolicited. Pls advice. Thank you

QUOTE(h3llhamm3r @ Apr 17 2020, 11:49 AM) If there is no way out of this im definitely doing it. I once reported to MCMC because CELCOM was charging rm4 several times for something I did not subscribe. I didn't have high hopes to get any respond from the report. but a few days later, MCMC emailed me stating they have taken action. Next, celcom gave an apology via SMS and refunded rm280. so you should report to mcmc.

QUOTE(h3llhamm3r @ Apr 17 2020, 11:49 AM) If there is no way out of this im definitely doing it. Just report it.... don't waste your time dealing with Maxis... But when you report you must provide all information accurately... like when you did you call to ask to unsubscribe.... when is the bill charges.. When you make your second call... etc.
