then go for it...

no point paying for a pure gysnc monitor..
a gsync compatible one will do as u wont be hitting lower frames anyway.. so most of the time u will disable it for those two games

u wont be using it...

gsync to be honest is worth it on the proper ones with module as they are scalar free and literally zero lag with the FPGA module handling all the frames

these realtek scalars etc aka freesync ones that are certified as gsync compaitable.. aint that good even for competitive
and on high fps.. the more you wont be using it especially at 1080p.. so u will just disable it..

if u enable gsync.. enable fast on vsync on ncp. also enable ultra low latency mode and change your scaling to integer scaling .
