Normal la. When u sit down your heart pump lesser and slower. When u stand up, you heart have not adjusted to the pressure. Take a few seconds to adjust. That’s y dizzy

I got that often before too. Chances are it is due to iron deficiency anemia. Liver (chicken,...) is a very iron-rich food.

Me too. Sometimes I sit too long and bend down to pick up stuff will have that short dizziness once I stand up.
Used to be worse when I sit too long in front of computer.

Probably happening because of your low blood pressure. Remember to do light exercises everyday and also take more vitamin rich foods!

Don't stand right after you wake up, sit for awhile then stand When you stand up suddenly, more blood flow downwards causing "venous pooling of blood" due to gravity and your brain received less blood at the same time. Less blood to brain, causes dizziness. This can be reversed involuntarily by contraction of your leg muscles to return more blood back to heart When you sit up for awhile, you body will regulate the pressure in a vertical position.

Try to do some light exercise. It will help you to relieve your blood pressure.

Try to get up slowly so the blood flow doesn't rush
Also read somewhere that caffeine (coffee) can help those with low blood pressure but personally never tried...

Common is not normal ya..but apparently this is the new normal nowadays. Your body is stressed up and you probably have this HPA axis issue due to lack of quality sleep. The reason you experience this postural hypotension. If you have allergies or angin issue, i bet its a symptom of histamine intolerance

It's called postural hypotension.
It could be caused by blood pressure medication, or just low blood pressure in general.
When you suddenly stand up, because of gravity the amount of blood that reaches your brain reduces. Less blood means less oxygen, so the brain shuts down for a brief second to readjust to the new position.
Normally it's quite harmless, but if it happens too quickly and if your heart is weak or blood pressure is low, then you might faint.
So make sure you get up gradually. Also, try to find out the reason for your low blood pressure. If it's because of anemia, low blood volume, you might wanna consider iron and vitamin b12 supplementation. If it's due to medication, then you might want to change your medications.
Another thing is, lack of sleep makes your brain oxygen-deprived too. So get more sleep too.
