Muscle soreness when you first started working out is normal because your muscle is suddenly sent into shock from the sudden workout.

Overtime your muscle started to get used to it and the soreness went away. It's completely normal. It doesn't means you aren't making progress.

Don't worry, keep going smile.gif

what it means progressive overload? i want train chest first so everyday i do the chest workout

It means adding weights progressively after each successful session.

Also, don't do that. Muscle imbalance is a real issue.
It's recommended that a beginner starts by doing compound exercises (Exercises that use more than 1 muscle group) as you can lift more weights and train more muscle in one session.

Find a good program and follow it.

i don’t have weight at home. i follow jordan yeoh home exercise program and use water bottle to substitute weight. he got a good chest exercise routine.

so your advice is i exercise alll body muscle everydY? cos i plan to develop chest then when have result only start different part muscle

Not everyday.... You need to rest one day before hitting the same muscle group again.
Your muscle needs to rest so that it can grow properly.
Overworking will only induce injuries...
