My robot does not dispense water anymore.. Haihzz.. Few days of mopping, water level is the same

Anyone got solution for this?

I tried to use something to poke it.. but still the same
The cloth only have 3 water spot, at the water outlet hole.. and it's not wet at all..

It's been 1 week i never topup water into the tank

But recently got issue with the water tank.. the cloth is not wet..
