720p plenty enough for that size. i dont recall iphone 8, xr or 11 users complaining about the display.

Wel, I'm using 6.39 inch phone size.
Tbh, I'm not feeling comfortable using it because it's too big.

When I put in the pocket, I can feel it is so big and bulky.

So 4.7' is a great size

i hope it has a bigger batt and much better batt life than ip8. then i will say pretty good deal for a small phone.

in fact, i was hoping a se 1 form factor. i used it for 2 months last year, fall in love with it. single hand usage its super convenient. but then again, screen this size wouldn't be practical nowadays unless it's a secondary backup phone.

I got my answer...its not....just saw gadgetmatch review.... Micheal josh say its use the ip8 camera but with a13 processing...while another youtuber also say it is XR camera and thwy disable nigjt mood....so from thier review, i can assume its not ip11 level camera...how ever i need to wait for camera comparison to make sure, before i made my mind....

Impossible to get iP11 camera in a budget model... the pricing doesn't work, and will pull many buyers from higher end models, killing themselves

RAM also important. If 3GB it is an instant buy

Me and my wife so bloody excited this morning until we realize its not the same camera....hmm....but im still looking forward to the full camera review....ip8 camera also no slouch...if its better than pixel 3a...then its kinda good i guest...

se's camera quality should be more than enough for daily life usage. unless you are a professional photographer.

Yah i know that...but i come from android....i willing to jumpship to ios if i can get ip11 camera for cheap...i want a proper camera..yeah im cheap...at 1999 pricetag i got so many option....

My iPhone 7 has been my main phone for 3 years now and I was going to upgrade to iPhone 8 once it kaputed.

I can't tolerate big phones so my options are limited.

yes. i have no exp with that, but i heard the camera for this coming SE are the same with the ones in IP11. N i love IP11 photo even compare to my N10 plus.

Even if is XR camera is still consider worth it.
XR takes pretty good pictures.

I wish they can have the plus version with bigger battery, and the 4.7 inch could be lower down to, say around 1699 pricetag. I am contented with the specs of iPhone 8 except battery.

Oh why it's overpriced in Malaysia, USD399 should be around ~RM1750.

It's definitely an huge upgrade, especially the A13 chip.

I had been using iphone 6s plus => iphone XR and iPhone 11 pro (both heavy for me) => iphone 7

iPhone 7 is my primary phone now (I like non heavy 4.7" phone)

looking at the way its priced, they definitely want consumers to purchase 128GB model

They have their own costing and budgeting before come out with the price.
They not going to use the market prevailing exchange rate without build in any buffer for them to take on the market fluctuations risk.
Also apart from that is the tax, logistics, etc.

128gb should be the sweet spot with Rm2199 price tag.

its not about the OLED/LCD, it about the sharpness especially when you watch youtube video (coz u cannot go over 720p).

interesting, cause i couldn't tell the difference in such a small screen.

Im really looking forward for the camera performance....i really hope it is near to ip11... especially in lowlight....eventho so many ppl say its was ip8 hardware, but with a13 im still held up my hope for it to be a great camera anyway...afterall apple made this to come toe to toe with with pixel3a right...so it must be good..

I've been using 7 for so long, maybe it is time for upgrade. My battery is looking bad right now but still OK. 2000 for a new one seems the right price for an upgrade.

I kinda having a bad feeling when i know its the same size battery as the ip8....i scare they recycle the old battery from the ip8 stock for the se2020 in order to cut cost to hit that price point...if thats the case, its certainly gonna effect battery longevity...i hope not..

I think chances are slim. After the performance downgrade fiasco, Apple wouldn’t dare to pull such a trick. nothing new on technology of SE and they just assemble them together. 0 RnD cost, 0 design cost, minimal manufacture cost. Thus, apple continue milking consumer out of old technology.

iPhone 8 does support fast charge tho

ip8 do support fast charging which sold separately same as se2020

SE have qi wireless charging. That's the real game changer and there will be many cheap 3rd party wireless battery pack cases that you can slap on the back and double the battery size.

iPhone 8 (4.7") onwards first time Apple made the camera have OIS. why they couldn't do it in 7 I don't understand... or simple economics give all the love the big brother so people spend more and buy that.

battery size should be bigger. don't know why Apple can't get that .. but they do since the 11P Max apparently has superhuman battery life.

since they removed the 3D (a real crappy move coz I use it) then there is space for bigger battery. well now no more iPhones with 3D Touch - the one awesome feature that set them apart from Android phones.

those with X, buying this is an absolute downgrade since you lose 2 cams with OIS, OLED, 3D.

the original SE is still the best for me - nice design, camera same as it's 6S cousins, power processor.

Well this depends on user. Im planning to get this to replace my mom’s 6s. I dont think she care much about the camera as long as she can take photo. Home button is a huge deal for her. Newer chipset that can still support for another 4-5 years.

There is no best phone in this world. Only what suit u best.
