Hi, I’m planning to buy an iPhone, tired of android I think.
Does iPhone SE 2 battery life can last long for a day? Based on the battery capacity that is less than 2000 mah. For my iPad Air 2, it could last for 2 days for using video streaming over WiFi.
Which is the main reason, I’m switch over iOS, apparently iOS doesn’t consume battery power as much as android.

But of course you loose the power of Multitasking...

Easily one day with hotspot off and strong signal. When signal is weak, it drains battery like crazy. And yes that goes for 3g as well.

iOS is very efficient on battery consumption during idle or standby, but if you are a heavy user then the bigger the battery capacity the better. The iPhone 8 gets you about 4 hours screen time over a day of usage, so I think that would be a good benchmark.

I’m light phone user, frequently dealing with WhatsApp, email or social media. I appreciate the user experience and convenience provided by iOS.
iPhone 8 battery capacity is still a standard among other phones, that is 3000 mah above.
On the other hand, iPhone se 2 has reduced to 1821, which is my current concern. Don’t think anyone would get iPhone 8, considering you get better future proof at current iPhone se and longer iOS continuation upgrade over time.

depending on the scenario, from many other different battery comparison. The battery life of iphone se is either matching the iphone 8 or sometimes 25% better.

The iPhone SE 2020 has the same battery capacity of the 8, 1821mAh. You are probably talking about the iPhone 8 Plus, but that too had a battery capacity just below 3000mAh. Anyway, new iPhones 8 and 8 Plus have been discontinued and are no longer available for sale on Apple's website. Some retailers may have leftover stocks though.

iPhone 8 battery and iPhone se 2 has same battery capacity :1821
iPhone 8 Plus is the one with the higher battery capacity.
I would say it's worth upgrading if you're coming from iPhone 7 or earlier, but maybe on iPhone 8, don't have to upgrade just yet.
Yeap, this and a13 underclocked cement my point, that this is just iphone 8 "s"...nothing special...if you want a proper 2020 flagship iphone experience, theres no escaping the baddass pricetag...all this while, the iphone 8 is always there...now they discontinue the ip8 and replace it with slightly upgraded se2020 with a similar price....good but nothing new...but its a very brilliant move by apple, this phone gonna sell a tons, and at the same time will give a bad effect on android premium midrange market...kudos apple, nice move...
