As stated above, how do you differentiate fully furnished and partly furnished? What inventory do you need?

Erm.. How do you differentiate a fully furnished property and a partially furnished property? What are the items that is in a fully furnished property and the items in a partially furnished property? Hope you can understand. sorry for the bad english.

Fully furnished property: No need to buy anything and can move in anytime
Partially furnished property: Need to repair/enhance or purchase something for necessity need (Kitchen, Toilet, and etc) before move into the home

fully means all neccessary things in the house aldy got

semi furnished as the name suggest...

there is no real definition , fully furnished can just mean the house is in ready-to-move-in condition , all necessary grilles , furniture , wiring, lighting are installed. partially furnished can just mean the house is ready with lights, fan ,some cupboard , tables.

some ppl even define fully furnished as : come with installed Air-cond.... sweat.gif
so it depends on how u SEE the house.... icon_rolleyes.gif
